Renters must be 21 years or older and have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Renters must show proof of current, full coverage auto insurance. (It is the renters responsibility to make sure their policy covers Low Speed Vehicles).
Renters must pay with a major credit card that matches the name of their driver's license.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Must operate cart on outside lane of multi-lane streets and roads, where applicable.
Renter must abide by all traffic and road-based laws of the State of Mississippi and the City of Hattiesburg. Citations will be written by the Hattiesburg Police Department for unauthorized operation of golf cart.
Underaged driving is not permitted, and can result in a citation from HPD.
Carts are not to be driven off-road, unless otherwise explicitly discussed prior to booking.
