A1. 21 years of age or older

Q2. What is required to rent a cart?

A2. A valid U.S. driver's license, proof of current, full coverage auto insurance, and a major credit card.

Q3. Is delivery available?

A4. Delivery is available, but for certain events and an additional delivery and pick-up fee will be charged according to distance.

Q4. Is purchasing additional insurance required to book?

A4. No; however, we highly suggest purchasing additional insurance.  All carts are insured, but purchasing the additional insurance would not leave the renter at risk for being solely responsible in the event of an accident.  If renter chooses not to purchase additional insurance, there will be a $250 hold placed on the renter's card.  The additional insurance is only for accidents involving the cart and another vehicle or object.  The insurance does not cover any damage done to the cart from the renter, such as dents, scratches, or breaking parts on the cart.

Q5. Are carts allowed to be parked in handicap, blocked off parking, or fire zones?

A5. No.  Carts should only park where other motor vehicles can legally park.

Q6. What happens if the cart gets towed?

A6. In the event a cart is towed, the renter will be charged the amount due to the towing company.

Q7. What should I do if I have problems with the cart or get in an accident?

A7. Contact us immediately.  Do not attempt to tow cart on your own.

Q8. How fast are the carts?
