Carts are NOT permitted on roads which have a speed limit greater than 30 mph and MDOT interstates or highways.
Riding on prohibited roads will result in immediate confiscation of cart with no refund. Carts are GPS monitored. Failure to abide by the city's regulations can result in renter receiving a citation, and Hub City Carts will not be held responsible.
Carts may cross those streets that are not authorized for travel, but the shortest traveling distance to do so shall be required. Crossing is allowed only at an established traffic signal crossing or designated stop sign.
